Strange...my '13 35i M definitely has it. And mine's missing PDC/rear camera, and whatever allows for visor mirror lamps.

I had an oil leak as well, it was a seal on the front of the engine. It was a mess...not a part I was familiar with. I'll have to look at the paperwork.
