Nokian has a new All season tire that is extreme weather rated. It is called the Nokian WR. I am going to put them on my 325xi and see how they handle in the winter.

Might I suggest the Nokian Hakkapeliita RSI as an alternative. I live in a heavey snow area and used them on my 330ci all winter. They are excellent!

For every million dollar a year surgeon, there are 15 primary care docs making $90K/yr.

(1*$1,000,000 + 15*$90,000)/16 = ~$147,000
