It's essentially glued on by the heat. I would think twisting it is the best method of breaking the seal. You could also try getting it hot before hand by running the car or using a hair dryer.

I did see the above video, but they didn't use the torx bit for the AC belt tensioner. Just a slight difference in design.

I've never had any problems reading mp3 cds, but only on random. It's useless trying to search for specific songs since a cd will hold a couple hundred mp3s.

No I don't. You seem to have both a transmission and brake problem. Even if it was in neutral, your car should still be held in place by the e-brake if it's only on a slight incline. I don't know...
