Solved.

After tooling with it for an hour, I found that if you keep pressing the lock button on the remote while pulling up the plunger, it will unlock.

When I press the unlock button, the door plunger moves really fast in the upwards direction like five times and makes a half unlocking sound really fast, five or so times. Very odd. None of the doors...
