5 Series competitor... 2014 Cadillac CTS

Do you guys like the 2014 Cadillac CTS? They previewed it early at the NYIAS. Its lighter than the new 5 series, has twin turbo 6 producing 420hp and 430tq, and unique styling. Opinions.
