Yes I changed the Intake boot was torn now the seal on the Disa valve is "leaking " air which is what they are telling me.

thanks for all the replies/info, yeah it was the expansion tank, I had the dealer do it today because I needed the car for a long drive tomorrow. $450 plus tax ! not sure I got the best deal:tsk:

Thanks for the replies, just turned 80K , yes the dealer mentioned something about the CVV valve as a potential culprit but they are not sure, would have to do some tests.
