09 - 35D Engine Squeal

My 97,000 mile, 09, 35d, makes an engine squeal when accelerating from a stop sign when cold. Only does it once, than ok. Mechanic cannot find any reason for this. No code.

Any ideas?

I have 85,000 on them. They have been howling for at least 25,000 miles. I think it is the tires. Two mechanics think it's the bearings. I am getting a third opinion today

I had the dealer daylight the wiring next to the driver seat. Then I got a portable cup holder that hung on the side of the console to mount the controller in. Worked great.
