Battery age won't guarantee anything. When you jump the car measure the voltage. Could be that the alternator is toast. Checking the voltage will tell if the alternator is good or not.

Seems like there is an issue with the EWS. To properly diagnose it you need a scanner than can read live-data from EWS. INPA is one of those scanners than can do that.

If your on tight budget forget supercharging. Getting 540 will be way cheaper. You might be able to get enough $$ from selling your current car to buy a 540. It requires finding the right buyer.

Because you got DSC light on there is a fault code. That is simply how the system works. Let me guess you used a generic OBDII scanner to get the codes? Generic OBDII scanners can't read ABS codes...
