Most leases are not simple interest so this would be an incorrect statement. You do not have a principal balance but rather....a balance which includes the total term...

Actually, a lease payment is not "negotiable" and yes, $500-$600 is the range depending on the cap reduction/MF/residual. But......you are asking to swap/takeover YOUR specific lease so it may help...
