Looks like they are 33 and 44 offsets front and rear (http://www.bmwstylewheels.com/bmw/311). They'll fit but you might want some spacers as those offsets are slightly high for a RWD e60.

Same with me - they were rattling around 40k miles and were replaced at no charge. Had all 6 injectors replaced just north of 35k and again at 49k, and had the HPFP replaced twice, also around 35k...
