I agree with all that was said above. To answer your question directly, yes parts are readily available for the m10 engine. They're a dime a dozen in the Puget Sound and I'd guess in your area too....

Yeah, e30s seem to have a much higher value in Vancouver, BC. At least based on the asking prices I see in the Craigslist ads up there. Don't have any idea why.
