Mine just started leaking. I checked and it isn't the tank that is leaking, it is leaking where the washer pump goes into the tank. I think it just needs a new seal.
I would check it first.

You'll have to learn it. It's not hard to learn, but getting good at it takes a bit more time. You kind of learn to anticipate what the smg is going to do. This way you can get very smooth shifts....

SMG has a learning curve to drive. It doesn't just happen. You kind of need to learn what the car does in what situations and then you are able to get the max out...

wow, so technically it isn't the break-in oil anymore, It has already been refreshed since.
I wouldn't worry too much, the only thing that is really weird is that the viscosity is already that far....
