Trans Program fix is not working...

Hey guys this is the situation.

I have a 11/90 E34 525i with an M50, It did have a A4S 310R in it, It was swapped by me to a Getrag 250G.

This is all good, but the Trans Program message...

You need a long T-50(not sure of size), and grind the side in so its tapered and fits in the flywheel, then take them out.

Yea it sounds sooooooo bad, i just got to charlotte and a hour long drive makes me hate it even more. I have plans to redo the exhaust but its not at the top of the list.

It is an unbranded muffler, its absolutely terrible. the only plus to having a 2.5in exhaust system is back pressure. its so nice to downshift.

I have returned...

I finally after two years got the E34 back running right. I now have tags and insurance so its been back on the road for two days now..

The one thing that I can really complain about is the diff....

Thermostat

Guys Ive never diagnosed a thermostat, so I need some help.

Car is overheating, I cant find any leaks and coolant level is staying the same.

The top radiator hose has pressure the bottom...

I reverse bleed it, and had a perfect clutch...
