But I think the fix is the same; cost is probably more as NOx sensors are $$$.

It was stupid. Not only that, it was stoopid. They used the 110 volt mode, not 220 volt mode. I'm pretty sure that generator had a 220v output they could have used, which is a far faster charging...

Can't say (yet) about the 328d, but my 335d starts just fine at -5F. There is a 2-3 second delay after hitting Start while the glow plugs fire up, possibly a stumble or two for the first 5 seconds...

Just remember that there are constraints to tire sizes that work. 225/50R17 is the OEM tire size; to go to 215 you probably should go to a /55 aspect ratio. Not sure if you can find that tire...
