Have you tried cleaning the hrottle body?

I was getting the mechanically stuck code, cleaned all the gunk out of the throttle body and no more code or hesitation. Worth a try before you replace the expensive part.

Instructions to remove trim behind driver's seat

1. Remove the plastic trim in the door sill by lifting upwards and outwards with your fingers. It is held on by 3 plastic peg/clips. Don't be afraid to pull hard, it will flex and snap out.

Have you checked the bundle of wires in the trunk (driver's side) ? Can cause many odd electrical problems due to wires broken and shorted in the bundle

Check the wire bundle in the trunk lid on the driver side

Many have found broken wires there, also check the engine and battery grounding points, make sure they are clean and secure

Just had the 3 lights

Different codes (one was for mechanically stuck throttle) but I took off the boot and cleaned the crap out of the throttle body, and my car has been running great with no codes or lights since then

You have the subwoofer enclosure there, the top does come off (not very easily--prone to damage if not done correctly), but there is no storage in there

It has been a long time since I did this but..

I believe the blue wire from harness connects to a blue/white wire on the radio.
Or in your case it may be blue to blue
