I really think the M6 would be the most rewarding...

I really think the M6 would be the most rewarding option. Even cheaper than all of the changes to the tranny, modules, wiring harnesses, & coding to the car? God knows how much it could cost?

Take a socket & ratchet to the bottom pulley...

Take a socket & ratchet to the bottom pulley bolt, then turn the engine either way to line the notch up. Make sure the pump fits flush, or it could possibly crack the housing while tightening.
