I'll bet 10 to 1 that your problem is a cracked intake hose to the idle air control valve. I got the same codes when mine was cracked. It is very hard to see the crack because it happens...

Have you tried disconnecting the battery for a minute and then reconnecting? That might reset it but I really don't know...
