both our newer BMW's make all kinds of weird sounds, sometimes when you just walk by them if you have the key on you. Buzz, whine and whizzzzzzz. What is up with that?

Check diaphram

You need to somehow verify your diaphragm in the DISA is still good. Mine was leaking and throwing a P1074. They found this via a smoke test.

First, if you are at 95000 miles and it is an 06 it very well could be a CCV problem. A good shop is able to measure the vacuum and tell if it has or is failing.

Tow possibilities here, one the roof rails might possibly be installed backwards. I don't know on the 07 model but see if you can slide them forward or aft and find a sweet spot. But, keep interior...

there is no removal of top speed limiter, where do you guys get this info from. Servotronic is a separate option but highly worth it and also Xenons are not part of Msport either for the record.

What else can we add

One mod that I did as preventive maintenance was to relocate my headlight washers to the front seats, kind of like a sprinkler system in case of a seat fire. Cools them right down in the summer time...
