Yes... I was referring to NY state law that if you lease a car in NY (from NY dealer) you can't do multiple security deposits. Leasing from out of state dealer works.

This is a horrible deal (for you). You need to start with negotiating the selling price of the car to be 500-1000 above invoice before any rebates. Go to bmwconfig.com to get the invoice price.
