So, are the cruise control, wipers, etc switches/knobs illuminated or not? Every car I ever drove had them lit up (so you can see them in the dark-just like one of you guys said), except for this car.

Not defending dealership. Never have taken my car to BMW and hopefully never will have to... Can't afford...

I got 2 keys cut at my local locksmith for $10...

I got 2 keys cut at my local locksmith for $10 each. What the guy couldn't do was pair the car and the transponder chip. He has the equipment to do it, but they need some code for that specific car...
