You probably want to post this in the E90 section. This is the F30 board which so far is only Sedan and Wagon. Coupe and Convertible F30s will be 2014 models.

Tell them this isn't the usual BS with leveling your headlights, and that you literally cannot see more than 10 feet in front of you. They will get you in.

Adaptive lights only control side to side motion. It sounds like your auto leveling isn't working right, which is the first I have seen of that. Trip to the dealer if it still isn't working.
