Ok. I will try to clean the connections but I doubt if that'll help. The fans staying on lead me to believe something or some wire is crossed etc.

Double check ground cables throughout the car. If you have done work to tranny, clutch, exhaust, I would start with all those points first. The same problem drove me crazy for a weeks.

I believe that's the ground that was the issue in my car. The tranny had to be removed to replace the clutch and I think my Indy grounded the wire to another spot which didn't go well.
