I'm not sure why you think I am disagreeing with you. I agree! I've got no beef with Pacific BMW, I like them! I want to buy an extended warranty from them but wasn't up for the 3000 mile round trip...

If the net effect is that it is more expensive for the consumer, not sure what else I would call it. Reduced competition always leads to higher prices.

Be aware that according to Danny BMWNA is now requiring the dealer to verify the mileage of the vehicle in person. So, it would seem the long distance warranty purchases may be curtailed for some.

Btw I definitely have the correct rim, same part number on casting as their winter package rim with tire. The 829 stem just doesn't work and is missing the spacer. No old stock of older stems either.

I bought some new 18" 209's for our X5 for winter.

The BMW listed RDC valve stem (36146792829) doesn't fit. The rim has a deep recess for the retaining collar, and there is no flat washer/spacer...

These wheels are off a 2008 535xi, and the offset is suitable for xi/xDrive AWD models.
