OP - I agree, probably CABs. Also, your ball joints on the control arms are probably worn pretty good too, so you might want to do those at the same time....

You have essentially lean codes and misfire codes. I would check your fuel pressure. Autozones, etc. will loan a pressure gauge that you hook up to the "tire-looking valve" on the fuel injector...
