EONON's "Customer Service" has been almost no help. They have NOT issued me a full refund PLUS the cost of shipping (a total of $395 USD). This is UNACCEPTABLE. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!

The "fix" that I received from Eonon did NOT fix the balance / fade issue. If anyone else has an update please let us know. Otherwise, people have repinned the plug to correct the issue.

I got mine installed...reading all the stuff about DSP freaked me out. Luckily NO DSP on mine. My only remaining issue is the fade/balance is off and I don't want to modify the harness.
