Everything clicked in and is bottomed out. Parts were supposed to b oem spec but im guessing they are not. Thats exactly where one leak is. bottom of the aftermarket expansion tank.

Could be that there is a problem with the transponder in the key. There is a procedure to relearn them to the car. This will will actually stop the fuel system.

11.98 volts is kinda low. Is that with the car running? If thats with your car running I suspect your alternator is on its way out. Sustained high rpms can work an old alternator over pretty hard....
