Update, I bought an automatic headlight switch. The automatic headlights work when you install the switch. ME being a moron thought the switch being unhooked is the same as it being on automatic....

I wouldn't do that. That could cause the transmission to go even quicker. Use a scan tool and see if there is a shadow code. Pray its electrical. Could be the kick down switch causing that
