I just paid $3000 CDN for a similar car with 2 extra sets and wheels and tires. I don't know the Kansas market but $2500-$3000 seems pretty reasonable. Good luck the baby M3 is a great car.

Haven't used the specific tyres you're looking at. but swapping to a non-RFT will make day and night difference in the car's handling. Best thing I did for my 2005 Z4.
