Who here has set up INPA on their laptop?

For now, I just need to reset the airbag light on my 2001 E30 530i.

For $25 I can get the SRS airbag tool, but $35 gets the whole INPA thing via laptop.
Has anyone used this INPA cable for $35 ?...
