I think the 2007+ panel is the same as the 2004-06, just that we don't have LED tail lights in there.

Starter replacements in 2006 models are not unheard of, but less frequent than in the 2007+...

Just a mechanic who is fully familiar with BMW (or LandRover) servo motors for transfer cases.
They might be able to repair your servo motor (a.k.a. actuator)...

Really, I don't believe it is that critical to have the car perfectly level.

Either put in the specified amount (0.69L) or measure how much drained out and put in that same amount of fresh fluid.
