I'd be pretty happy myself if the belt and tensioners made it nearly 10 years and 100,000 miles. Not an item needing replacement on a schedule but sounds about right based on how long those parts...

Strange stuff. They should just fill the approved BMW branded (likely Castrol) oil and use an approved filter. Having tiers of options for an oil change seems rather silly...
