I mean they are about worn out. As far as noise goes, they are about mid range. The softer the tire the less noise and better stick. The harder the tire, the more noise, less stick, but longer life....

I have seen this before. Your roundel came apart in two pieces. You need to remove the emblem holder, this is why you're not seeing the holes. Follow the video and you'll be fine.
