You might want to ask your customer relations contact why BMW UK acknowledge that its a design fault and BMW NA do not!

I've just ordered a 2015 M-Sport here in the UK and can confirm that adding 223 (Variable Damper Control) or 2VA (Adaptive Drive) deletes 704 (M-Sport Suspension). This cannot be overridden.
