I didn't have time to troubleshoot this myself. And I could kick myself. I do most all the maintenence on the car so I could have done this as well. In the end it was a bad relay and it was located...

The engine is Peugeot. The body is made in England. The manual gearbox is a Getrag design but built worldwide. It is a world car. Some of the electronics are BMW clones but who knows who builds them....
