I'm on Beyern 18's and lowered 1.75" with KW...

I'm on Beyern 18's and lowered 1.75" with KW v3's. I would recommend this setup for anyone driving an AWD e60. Pic in my signature.

Most folks I know that run 19s on their XIs run these sizes. The front offset f 35 may rub if you're lowered though.

Edit on the suspension comment: I hear that CKS made a limited run of xi-specific coilovers as well. I don't know anyone who has them so I can't comment - but they may be an option.

They fit - but you need the calipers, pads, etc. Rotors alone cannot be swapped and you need 19" wheels to clear the M5 brake setup.

Can't go wrong with Beyern, they're made specifically for our cars. I bought mine from Amazon - they were the cheapest at the time - under $200 per, and shipped free.
