It sounds like you're talking about the Vanos oil supply line. Is it the #15 hose in these pics (may not be the exact same as your car depending on engine)?

Other than the obvious size difference, I think it's possible that the Umnitza LEDs are brighter. I suppose the only way to know for sure is to put them side by side during the day.
