Is the battery drain problem still prevalent on the later models??

I have an X5 08 4.8 and have been lucky enough to not have the battery drain problem.

Many opinions on the forum about prices, options, and which engine is the best in the x5! Wouldn't it be a revealing question to ask a service manager which model he would buy today if a buyer...

What mileage do you get from the 20 inch 214's. I get 25,000 from the 19's. I always wanted the 20's but thought the tire mileage would suck on the 20's and I drive a lot of miles! :)
