The noise you are hearing is the IHKA sampling...

The noise you are hearing is the IHKA sampling fan. It runs for 16 min after a door handle, keyless, or ignition off. It's not related to the FSU.

I used a URO OSV to dipstick hose and it was ripped at both ends within 2 months. It could have been a fluke, but I won't take that chance again.
