F10 business advanced base stereo recode

I desperately need flat outputs from my headunit, and instead of buying a BIT Ten, surely recoding it to HIFI would give me low level flat EQ outs?

Thing is, all i have read is that it cant be...

Focal's need to be around 105 (from the manufacturers recommendations)
But what should I set the underseat subs too?...
