USB charger plug- in stuck in cig lighter socket

Bought my wife a little oem bmw usb charger, and now it is somehow stuck in the CLOSED space for the cig lighter. Cannot open it. Tried prying, don't want to break anything. Ideas?! Thanks

Touring rear hatch strut/piston tool request

Do any of you Touring owners have the special tool(s) for replacing rear hatch struts? I need to replace both glass and hatch struts. Will either buy or rent one if it's out there. Thanks, John

just plan on front brakes and rotors - inspect rears, but prob not the cause of the shudder. I just did my front brakes a couple weeks ago. Do it yourself. Save 200+

may take you a morning to do
