It's not great, but I really doubt any significant damage occurred in a car with synthetic oil. Yes, neglect is a warning flag, but one late oil change? If the price is right, I'd go for it.

Agreed with above. My wife's XWD E92 does fine with Goodyear all-season tires here in Colorado. I'm not usually a fan of Goodyear, but hers have been OK. Check reviews at tirerack.com for all-season...
