The clamps can be removed using a small flat bladed screwdriver. Replace the clips... although you may struggle to fasten the new clips without the correct tool.

E36 M3 rims use a different offset to std E36. You may suffer increased "tramlining" effect.
BMW absolutely forbid fitment of M Power rims to non M Power vehicles for this reason.

If your car was produced after 1st Jan 1995 it has EWS which needs to be alligned (coded) to replacement DME. Period.
