It also doesn't control for cars that on the stock bushing never develop a problem. IMHO, the subframe problem is vastly overstated.

Just as a side note, strictly short trips is very hard on the oil - fuel , acids , moisture , etc. build up in the oil due mainly from the oil not coming up to full operating temperature...
