M52 E39 sump on M50 E36 engine

hey guys,

anyone know if the sumps are the same? i know they are both the rear setup as opposed to E34 in the front etc.

-35F is common, its the front temperature sensor becoming unplugged, or signs that it is faulty etc. but havent heard of -256F

i havent done it on an M30, but i have on M20 M40 and M70, you need at least 1.5' worth of extensions with your socket on the end for those engines.

do NOT link it in to any of the existing wiring for the headlights. they are all run off a light control module, and you will put strain on the module that it doesnt need, they are already a fail...

most of the E30 and E34 camberkits i have seen use E39 M5 bolts, as that is adjustible in the back from the factory. Of course, E39 guys just swap in M5 subframes
