Its a $50 part that takes 20 min to replace (but don't lose that damn clip on the top hose....). If you're draining the fluid anyway, just replace it.

First thing is to clean all the oil off the entire area, and run the car for a day. Inspect for the leak point. Oil can come from a lot of places, and you need to find the source.
