OK. One of the reasons they put the feed pump in the tank was to reduce noise. I guess if you had the door open it would be possible to hear it.

yeah, I don't expect much more right now, but since the 328d and X3 xDrive 28d have the ROW -20d engine, I'm hoping that they'll at least upgrade those models.
