There is a front jacking point under the engine on the subframe plate under engine. It's identified by the shallow rectangle stamped into the subframe... You should still be able to put jacks...

Scanner won't read BMW specific codes not has it the ability to clear them. Your problem is likely low voltage.. Battery likely needs to be replaced... also could be from failing alternator leading...

On my car... The battery is in the "well" under the floor mat. The SRS power supply is a single red wire that has a connector just before the battery terminal (red cover) it gets power from.
