Without knowing more details, I'd say drive belt and/or belt tensioner causing that noise.

If it was my car, I'd first take a look at the belt while it is running...

While it is possible to reach crankshaft position sensor from under the car, you will be working without actually seeing it. You can try but I think you will end up undoing the manifold to fix that...
