No, if the right spacers are used it should line up well with the fenders. You are looking at +45 but +25 is about ideal so you would require about 20mm worth of wheels spacers to get it pushed out...

Definitely need spacers for a +45. Offset describes how far the center hub mount face of the wheel is from the centerline of the wheel. +45 means something like 45mm towards the outside of center...
