you cannot replace bushings if they are the aluminum thrust arms, only the steel. they are cheap enough from fcp that it is not worth the trouble to replace bushings.

you do know that the nut on the fan clutch is left handed. they are only torqued on at about 12 ft/lbs. it should come off way easier than breaking the pump housing.
